Affiliate Disclosure

Dear shoppers, friends, and blog readers 🙏🏽

Throughout this shop, blog, and website, I — Mayra Yadir — will use (on occasion, where relevant, and of high interest) affiliate links to promote certain products and services.

Whatever those products or services may be, I only promote them IF:

  • I myself have used them for my own purposes;
  • and if I can directly vouch for their value and usefulness.

This includes, for example, art supplies or specific tools or quality services that have been of tremendous help to me across my own:

  • design work;
  • independent publishing efforts;
  • coaching practice;
  • product design process;
  • … and entrepreneurial experiences.

When I do recommend such links, it’s because I believe my recommendations are high quality and that the products/services being recommended can also be relevant and beneficial to you as well.

If you purchase these products/services following my unique affiliate links, I will earn a commission paid for 100% by the vendor, and at NO ADDITIONAL COST to you.

How affiliate links are disclosed on my site

Site-wide, including blog posts

You’ll always be informed when a link is an affiliate link. Informing you of such may vary depending on where you are on my store or blog.

Single blog posts, in particular, will showcase the following disclaimer right under the blog post title:

“This post may contain affiliate links. Meaning, I receive a commission if you purchase through my links, at no cost to you. Read the full disclosure here.“

On some pages and some blog posts where there are a lot of different affiliate links for different products and/or services:

“Some of the links below are affiliate links, meaning, if you choose to click on a link and make a purchase, I will earn a commission. This commission comes at no additional cost to you, and paid 100% by the vendor.”

(Or some version of the above message.)

On some pages or posts, where there are fewer affiliate links, an affiliate disclosure may appear as follows:

Product/Service Name [affiliate]

A word of appreciation
As a woman-owned small business owner, full time student*, and working local artist launching this venture (and taking on all startup costs), I greatly appreciate your support of my affiliate links as any revenue generated through these means helps cover the costs associated with the application and server-level maintenance of my online store and blog (this is my own store; I don’t use Shopify or Etsy) as well as hosting and operational costs.

Questions?
If you have any question regarding this disclosure or any of the affiliate products and/or services I promote, please contact me via email: mayrayadir@ruizmcpherson.com.

* In addition to my working artist endeavors, I’m also a full time doctoral student earning my PhD in Applied Psychology (with a concentration in Emerging Technology). More about these scholarly pursuits here.
