Return and/or refund policy for DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

• Payment gateways
  All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
• Non-refundable and not exchangeable
  Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on paper.book.love are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
• No exceptions
  Since the digital products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. No exceptions.
• Delivery of digital goods
  If you do not receive the digital product link or file(s) upon purchasing, or if there is any issue, you can immediately contact paper.book.love@ruizmcpherson.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

• Undamaged and original condition
  Any returned item must be undamaged and in its original condition.
• You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
  To return your purchase for refund consideration, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Weekday (M-F) fulfillment of placed orders

We try to ship within 24-48 business hours of orders placed. Orders usually ship priority mail and/or UPS (we choose the most efficient and affordable carrier).

Weekends & Holidays fulfillment of placed orders
Orders placed over the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) or on holidays will usually be shipped on the following business day.

International orders

We only ship to USA-based locations at this time but we are working on adding international shipping. Please check back or contact us for more information.
