Individual licensing

All digital designs, templates, and assets are copyrighted intellectual property of Sirenella Press and its founder, author-artist Mayra Yadir.

This is a personal-use license only.

One (1) license is granted per individual buyer.

You may use our digital products to create unlimited personal projects, such as journaling, home crafting, or private art-making.

You are responsible for having the appropriate software to open and use these files.

Under this license, you may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files in original or modified form
• Use the files for business, branding, or commercial purposes
• Upload our products or designs to print-on-demand sites (e.g., Zazzle, Redbubble, Spoonflower, Canva) nor third-party shops (e.g. TikTok Shop, Temu, Amazon, etc.)
• Claim the designs or templates as your own
• This license is non-transferable, and files may not be shared with friends, family, or colleagues.

Standard License

Ideal for:

• Small businesses
• Freelancers
• Coaches, educators, or course creators
• Graphic designers using your work in client projects
• Etsy sellers or print-on-demand users
• Content creators using your work in monetized media (YouTube, blogs, etc.)

Reasons to purchase a standard license:

• Designers, small businesses, and content creators don’t want to deal with copyright issues
• Buying a license offers designers and creators peace of mind and flexibility to monetize their work
• Designers and creators understand and expect licensing fees — especially when assets are unique, artistic, or niche

Permissable usages:

• small business use
• branding
• social media content
• educational materials

Standard licensing framework allows the following:

• Use in business-related materials (flyers, planners, workbooks, etc.)
• Use in client projects (with flattened or non-editable end-products)
• Use in marketing and social media (Instagram posts, newsletters, etc.)
• Up to 5,000 copies (digital or print) of end-products

Not allowed

• Reselling or redistributing source files
• Uploading to POD platforms (e.g., Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6)
• Uploading to third-party online retailers or store (e.g., TikTok Shop, Temu, Amazon, etc.)
• Creating editable templates for resale

Standard License Price Range

$20–$50 per asset; depending on complexity of asset

This refers to the price a commercial license in addition to the price of the digital product itself.

Extended License

Ideal for businesses creating large-volume goods or resale-ready designs.

Permitted Uses (in addition to Standard License):

• Sell physical or digital end-products (stickers, planners, journals, t-shirts)
• Sell on your own shop or 3rd-party sites (except print-on-demand sites unless modified)
• Up to 50,000 copies of end-products

Not Allowed:

• Reselling editable templates
• Uploading unmodified files to print-on-demand sites
• Licensing to third parties

Price Range

$75–$150 per product, depending on product

Enterprise License

Ideal for large brands or high-volume sellers (e.g., wholesalers, publishers, etc.)

Permitted Uses

• Unlimited commercial use

• Transfer rights to one client (with terms)

• Licensing for mass-market or enterprise use

Not Allowed:

• Reselling editable templates
• Uploading unmodified files to print-on-demand sites
• Licensing to third parties
