BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE, review our return policies below. Be sure to read our shipping policies as well.

Returns for Digital Products

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads, PNGs, JPEGs, ebooks (epub files) and other online material, is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

  • Payment gateways
    All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption.

    • These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored on our store platform or website during this process.
  • Non-refundable and not exchangeable
    Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on Sirenella Press are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
  • No exceptions
    Since the digital products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. No exceptions.
  • Delivery of digital goods
    If you do not receive the digital product link or file(s) upon purchasing, or if there is any issue, you can immediately contact sirenellapress@gmail.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Returns for Sale Items

*** Sale items of any kind are final sale and *cannot be returned.*

No exceptions.

Returns for Handmade or Handcrafted Physical Items

Due to the nature of handmade, one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final.

No exceptions.

No exchanges.

Returns for Defective Items

We inspect and photograph all items before shipping for visual and quality reference.

If your item arrives damaged-in-transit or is found to be defective:

  • Contact us via email at sirenellapress@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos
  • Please wait for our return/refund decision
    Once your return is received or inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of our refund within a 3-5 day period upon receipt
  • After our review and approval, we’ll happily cover return shipping or issue a replacement/refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed for returns
    Please allow a 14 calendar day period (starting from the date of our refund approval decision) of your undamaged and in-original-condition return).
