We’re not Amazon, we don’t do free 2-day shipping & we don’t mass-produce.

As a small, one-person press and studio; what we do offer is a kind and creative human experience—through art, books, and handmade and/or physical goods thoughtfully made and shipped from Northern Virginia with care.

BEFORE MAKING ANY *NON-DIGITAL* PURCHASE, review our shipping policies below, which are only specific to handcrafted and/or one-of-a-kind physical items. Don’t forget to read our return policies as well.

Shipping to continental US

We’re a one-person, analog-first studio—not a big-box retailer; so we don’t promise overnight fulfillment or algorithm-based shipping estimates for handmade, one-of-a-kind items.

Instead, most (non-digital) items we ship out are:

•  packed by hand,
•  often made by hand,
•  and shipped with care.

đź’Ś Shipping Costs

  • Shipping isn’t auto-calculated at checkout right now.
  • After your order is placed, we’ll confirm via email your shipping cost based on item size, weight, and your location.
  • If there’s a major change in shipping cost, we’ll email you with options before shipping out your item.

đźšš Domestic Shipping Schedule

We lovingly prepare, package, and post your order ourselves — no bots or fulfillment centers here.

At this time, we ship 3X a week —

  • on Tuesdays,
  • Thursdays,
  • and Saturdays.

Unless otherwise noted and/or depending on availability, here’s what that means for you:

  • Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays
     —> ship on Tuesdays or Thursdays
  • Orders placed Wednesdays
     —> ship on Thursdays or Saturdays
  • Orders placed Fridays
    —> ship on Saturdays or Tuesdays

Whenever your item ships, you will be notified via email with any relevant confirmation numbers and/and shipping or tracking details, as necessary.

📦Orders ship via USPS Priority or UPS

We choose the most efficient and affordable carrier based on your order.

International shipping

We’re thrilled you’re considering a purchase from Sirenella Press.

Sirenella Press is a small, one-person creative press and art studio based in Loudoun County, Virginia, USA. While our main focus is domestic (continental USA) shipping, we do offer limited international shipping on select items.

Please note:

  • We’re not a warehouse.
  • We’re not a factory.
  • And we’re not Amazon.

We’re a creative, author-artist studio producing handcrafted and designed goods made in small batches or as one-of-a-kind pieces.

That said, here’s what you need to know if you’re planning to purchase something from outside the United States:

🌍 Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

  • International shipping can take 7–21 business days, depending on your location
  • You’ll receive a tracking number when your item ships, whenever available
  • We are not responsible for customs delays, VAT, or import duties
  • Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout
  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Shipping rates are calculated AFTER checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order; we’ll contact you via email with any questions or details to confirm your shipping address and shipping costs
  • We do not offer free international shipping at this time
